    I am trying to upload my team list via a csv based on the example provided.
    It displays the entries in the queue but never gets passed importing the first item.

    We have identified an issue in the bulk import module, thanks for your report.

    Thank you. Will importing a CSV overwrite existing entries? This would be the easiest solution to keep my lists updated by non technical people. Or shall i export modify and upload the json file for better accuracy?

    Hi,

    Please upgrade to the 3.5.6 version. We have fixed the CSV issues in this version.

    We have also added a new feature to wipe and reset the data. We have introduced a new Erase/Reset feature in the Team -> Tools page.

    About the overwrite, I am sorry, we do not have this kind of feature yet. Both the CSV import and Export/Import features can cause duplication.

    To achieve this, we need to implement such functionalities in the CSV import system. I am adding this to our development queue. We need some time for this. Please create a new ticket for this task, so we can update you once this particular feature is released.
