Thank you. Will importing a CSV overwrite existing entries? This would be the easiest solution to keep my lists updated by non technical people. Or shall i export modify and upload the json file for better accuracy?

Please upgrade to the 3.5.6 version. We have fixed the CSV issues in this version.
We have also added a new feature to wipe and reset the data. We have introduced a new Erase/Reset feature in the Team -> Tools page.
About the overwrite, I am sorry, we do not have this kind of feature yet. Both the CSV import and Export/Import features can cause duplication.
To achieve this, we need to implement such functionalities in the CSV import system. I am adding this to our development queue. We need some time for this. Please create a new ticket for this task, so we can update you once this particular feature is released.
