    Hello

    I’m using the import/export plugin to import orders from our partner site. I’m successful at importing data, creating a user, and sending out the correct confirmation email. It even shows the user created in WP as a customer BUT…

    This action doesn’t actually create an order in WooCommerce associated with the account. Because of this, the users I create have no access to the product they’ve purchased, which is a digital download from our site. The CSV file contains a product SKU number and quantity, and those show up in the user profile.

    How do I fix this?

    Thanks in advance,

    Matt

    @mattlaguardia,

    Sorry but this plugin is not suitable for importing orders. This plugin imports and creates users to which you can assign data so that they are in effect customers.

    But there is nothing related to orders, for that you will have to use other plugins so that once you have imported the customers, you can import them and assign their orders.
