importing data. error

I am (re)setting up drop shipper using wordpress and woo-commerce. Theme was Petstopper.
Problem is that when importing data, via CSV file I have received error message
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /home/animalcountrypet/public_html/wp-includes/cache.php on line 623 (or similiar)

Note: sites is on our own server along with other sites.
Have tried installing smaller files but it’s like something reaches capacity and no more can be installed on this site
Our server tech says it is not our server that has the problem and we can still import data to other sites on our.
server.
The size of the wp-includes/cache is 5000
File size we have been importing are small eg 42kb..
so I might be able to install several small files or 1 file of around 24O then I get this message and have to intall back up to get anything working again..

Any suggestions?
