Regarding formatting, after importing your content using the BetterDocs-sample-data.csv file, you can indeed customize the appearance without having to format each document individually.
BetterDocs allows you to use custom CSS, which can modify elements like alignment, font color, font size, and more across all documents in bulk. There are specific CSS classes already designated for titles, paragraphs, and other content elements, which makes it easier to apply consistent formatting to all 650 documents at once. Hello @zebaafiashama Many thanks for your reply. I tried following the video clip https://d.pr/v/D4li0F and what I see is that you are going to one document to set it up manually and then inspecting the style of the document and copying the style change you want to apply to all documents and then adding it to the custom CSS. Are there steps you can provide just to be sure that I am not doing this incorrectly? And when I look at my set up it looks a bit different. It looks like Betterdoc in my setup is inheriting global defaults from WordPress / Elementor and there is nothing betterdoc specific that I can change to see the change.

For your formatting requirements, here’s the CSS you can use to center-align headings and paragraphs, set the heading color to red, and increase the paragraph font size to 22px with a dark blue color:
#betterdocs-single-content h2 {

}

color: darkblue !important;
font-size: 22px !important;
text-align: center;
}
You can add this CSS to your theme’s custom CSS area from WordPress Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS. This should apply the format across the docs.

The formatting worked well thank you. It turns out that when I was importing the file with 653 songs, 83 songs did not load. I can’t seem to tell if there is any issue or special characters that made these 83 fall out. Can you please advise what are the likely issues that cause fall outs? I am not able to see any anomalies in those documents.
and is it possible turn off TOC for only a specific category and keep it on for others? The new category that I have created, I want the TOC off but on the rest that pre-existed I want to use the TOC.

Regarding the missing 83 docs: Will you please tell me if you have added those docs to the category properly? If you don’t assign the docs under the category, then those will not visible.
Regarding turning off TOC: Actually, when you enable the TOC, it will be visible on all Single docs pages. Unfortunately, I am really sorry to say that it is not possible to show the TOC on the specific docs. It will be visible on all Single Docs pages where there are headings.

I have the same category and category slug as the remaining 500+ that successfully imported. Can you think of anything else I can do to get them imported?

Thanks for sharing the screencast with us. It seems that there is an issue with the docs that are not getting imported. Will you please generate a sample CSV file from the WP Admin Dashboard > BetterDocs > Settings > Import/Export > Import > from here, download the sample CSV file. Please make the changes to that file and then try again to import the docs.

Dear Amit,
I tried moving my data over from old file to a new file and I do not believe it is the issue with the template as over 500+ records from that same file had imported successfully.
here is are a few records from the list of 83 that are not loading. I really do not see any issue in the data but I am convinced that the issue is most likely in the data in the Docs content and my eyes are not trained in xml to be able to spot the issue. I would attach the file itself here but don’t see a way to share it for you to take a look.
