Make sure that the export items should be exported through the Restropress only, if you are exporting the food items using another e-commerce plugin like woocommerce,edd….etc then it will not able to import.
I have checked according to your query and there is no issue with importing the food items csv file.
After this let us know if you are still having any issues.

I can export and import store settings, but I cannot import food items.
