Importing glossary database

Hello, friends!

Due to a hacker invasion i lost my website. I just moved on to a new host and server. My new site works well, but there is one thing, the only thing, that i want from my old site: the glossary of musical terms.

I have a sql bkp from the previous site, but i would greatly appreciate a hand to just import the CM Tooltip Glossary database to the new one.

The PHP version of the environment is 5.4.45.
I have the latest FREE CM Tooltip Glossary installed, but with no terms yet.
For me is not possible in the moment to pay for a support. I’ve had many losses from the invasion that ocurred.

I downloaded a program called Dbeaver to manage my back up, but i have no idea how to use it.
In ‘myphpadmin’ i am also totally lost.
The thing is the glossary was already with a considerable number of items, and to put one by one again would take me days and days of work.

So, i am here looking for some angel help. 🙂
