Sorry to hear you’re running into issues importing historical data!
1. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
2. Could you please go to **WooCommerce > Status** and click on the Logs tab. Check logs beginning withfatal-errorfor the date of your import and let us know if you are seeing any fatal errors logged there that match the time and date of your attempted import?Thank you!

The system status looks good and good news that there are no fatal errors logs.This though makes the troubleshooting more complicated.
Are you able to check if you have any Javascript errors in your browser console?

RazvanOk, I also installed on another server and it’s the same problem. Beside this I see a lot of complainings about this and it looks like the plugin is broken.
I see a 403 error in your console. Do you have the same error in your other site?
Also, if you click on the link right next to the error message what do you see?
