Importing Nested Categories

I have a spreadsheet of businesses. Each business row has a top level “business_category” column with a single top level category (Ex: Food & Bar). Then, I have a “SubCategories” column that has multiple sub categories that when imported should be nested under the parent or top level category (“Ex Chicken restaurant, Cajun restaurant, Fast food restaurant, Restaurant, Seafood restaurant”). I can’t figure put how to import the sub categories so that they are added as child categories under the top level business_category.

I tried just manually creating a business in WP as I need it and then exporting to use that file as a template. But it’s combining them into one column (which makes sense) Ex Food & Bar>Chicken restaurant, Food & Bar>Seafood restaurant.

Since I have over 4k records this would not be feasible.

I found another plugin that will do this, but I’ve already purchase this plugin and don’t want to spend $300 if I don’t have to.
