Importing Past Orders and Adding Date Column

I have imported over 700 users using the PMPro Import Users plugin. Now, I need to import their past orders into the wp_pmpro_membership_orders table.
Additionally, I need to include a “date” column in the wp_pmpro_membership_orders table to store the original order dates from their past transactions.
Can anyone provide guidance on the best way to achieve this?
