    The guide you are following is for the Product CSV Import Suite premium plugin.

    We cannot provide support for our paid products on the forums. Can you contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support? Please create the ticket using the account that you purchased the extension through.

    Feel free to include a link to this forum topic on the ticket, so we can use this topic as a reference.

    We will be able to help you further there.

    Or are you referring to that guide by mistake and are not actually using the premium plugin? Please confirm so we can help you accordingly.
