Importing settings from another theme

    I copied a theme to create some changes but didn’t want to mess with the “parent”.
    I used to have a child theme first but wanted to import the changes into a new theme.

    When I try I get the message:

    Error importing settings! The settings you uploaded are not for the current theme.

    It’s a copy, so it should be possible.

    Any hints on how I could import setttings into my clone?
