Importing Theme

    Getting the following errors which are stopping me from importing a new theme, any help appreciated or could direct me to any good resources.

    Fatal error: Cannot declare class WP_Importer, because the name is already in use in /home/customer/www/zipcodesolutions.com/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-importer.php on line 5

    Themes are not imported via the wp importer but in the Appearance area under
    Appearance → Themes → Add new (in the top left).

    If you continue to have issues please let use know what theme you are trying to install so we can direct you to the right place for support.
