well, first I cannot upload de .csv file , althought I saved it under .csv when I upload it I got the message “This is not a valid .csv file extension.”
than, I cannot find this field “Column Names” where is that? is not in my WordPress CSV to Database Options

Hi, the “Column Name” fields is referring to all the fields found in the excel file you downloaded. Another words the text file you downloaded contain field names. Enter those field names in each corresponding Column Name.

Ok!, thanks, but now I uploaded, finally, the file and I get this message “Starting raw value exceeds the number of entries being updated to the database from the .csv file”
And obviously when I go to WP membership, my members are not in…

How many fields does your database accepts? Did you follow all the instructions correctly? This is a bit tricky and if you mess up one step then it won’t work.
I have tested these steps and it works for me.
