I would like to help you however, importing vendors via CSV file, is currently unavailable within the Dokan plugin. But you can try to import users with the ‘seller’ user role, then add the additional details like Store Name, Store Location, and other information manually.
Regarding the CSV for products, you can manually import products via CSV from WooCommerce then you can manually assign your vendors. However, if you need the feature where vendors can import products from their own CSV file then that feature is not available in the free version of the Dokan plugin.
