• I’m developing a site for a client and I’ve exported her books via the Book Manager but when I try to import them into my test site, I have no luck. WordPress + Mooberry are up to date and the books are published so I’m at a loss. Any ideas?

    I’m going to need some more information.

    What happens when you import? Do you get an error? Do you get a list of the books that are added to the queue? Do you get a notice that books are being imported? Does the notice ever change to say the import is complete?

    Also you can send the export file to me at mooberrydreams @ mooberrydreams.com (remove the spaces) and I can see if there’s any errors in it.

    It’s not doing anything, really. I select the file, hit import, the spinner icon pops up in the browser tab, the status bar flicks through the connecting/waiting bits, the page seems to reload, then nothing. There is no error, no list of books, nothing.

    Sending the email now.

    Update on issue per emails:
    Could be caused by either (or both?) using Multi-site or using a custom upload directory.

    Investigation ongoing.
