Impossible customize theme – Request-URI Too Large

    Hi,
    since today (maybe since I updated wp to 3.9 version but I’m not sure) I can’t customize the theme anymore.
    When I go to “customize” and click menu options (skin, logo&favicon, etc) nothing happens. If I try to save and publish, I have the following error: Request-URI Too Large, The requested URL’s length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.
    Could anybody help me please?
