Impossible to add GADWP javascript function to Cookie Notice

    Hello,
    I would like to link Cookie Notice with my GADWP pluging.
    It provides a javascript function when user refuses cookies. As there is no option in CN to add javascription function to the refuse button, I would like to add a link to the message :
    Click here to opt-out of Google Analytics

    But the javascript: is removed automatically. I found that post that gives a solution, but the last question was not answered :
    Where do I put the cn_cookie_notice_output filter hook and how do I replace %%gaoptout%% with javascript:gaOptout()?

    So how can I do? Except if there is a better way to use CN with GADWP.
