Impossible to Backup

    I can’t back up a site it stays in file creation for a very long time but then doesn’t create the backup.

    I tried disabling wordfence and w3 total cache (which sometimes gave problems) but I don’t solve.

    Any advice?

    Hi Yani,

    after several attempts, I managed to back up the website using Chrome in incognito mode.

    For now it works.

    Hi Yani, I have the same problem with an other site that i manage.
    I have tried all the steps you suggested with no issue.

    1 -differents browser Safari/Chrome/FIrefox

    2- the panel stay black on bkgr with “Recuper un elenco dei file di contenuto wordpress”

    3- browser in incognito mode

    Php Version 8.0 host Aruba

    any help? or suggestion?
