• I bought the pro version of this plugin, but I haven’t heard from the developer for more than two months and I haven’t received the email to reset my password to log in to my account.

    I never get the email to reset my password, not even to my spam folder, so I still can’t log in to my account.

    I finally got into my account because I got the password right. Anyway please check the emails to reset passwords because they don’t arrive.

    Same problem. I’m trying to contact developers, I’m trying to create support tickets in the user account, but tickets does’nt exists and I don’t receive any response by developers…

    Hi, seems their support doesn’t work well. Before I buy I sent to them a mail by contact form but never replied.

    Do i have to buy without any clarification I asked?
