    1. Whether you are using a multisite or not. = No multisite
    2. The link of your website. = https://www.myeasyoptic.com/
    3. The PHP version you are using. = 8.0.21
    4. The Popup version you are using. = 3.5.5
    5. The WordPress version you are using. = 6.2.2

    Thank you for your reply.

    I want to mention, that there may be a limitation set by the Server.
    So, please get in touch with your Hosting Provider and ask them to expand the following PHP values or do it on your own via the cPanel

    max_input_vars 20000
    max_execution_time 600
    max_input_time 600
    post_max_size 256 

    Please expand the values, check the case again, and let us know whether the problem has been fixed or not.

    I just tried on the site concerned, it does not change anything.

    I use this plugin on another site with these same php limitations, and it works fine. As you can see on this video : https://www.dropbox.com/s/boms7c2ct2clmxa/popup2.mov?dl=0

    I think the problem lies elsewhere.
