Hi!
Does this happen right away? Or does some time go by before this error shows?
Are you getting any other errors? Can you install any other plugins?
Are you installing after uploading via FTP, or are you installing from the plugins directory?
Sorry for all the questions, they will help determine where to troubleshoot.
Cheers!
I had installed a new theme, the “Church & Events Theme”. After this, the message of the recommended plugins appeared. Then I used the option “Begin installing plugins”, and automatically installed 8 plugins. But with “WooCommerce”, “The Events Calendar” and “MailPoet 3” the installation process failed. And several other times when I try the same error appears [Update: and sometimes it’s a different error].
About your questions:
1) This happen right after the install process;
2) I can install other plugins, except these three;
3) I’m installing via plugins directory.
Thanks for your attention!
[UPDATING]
Now the message of error is:
The plugin does not have a valid header.
Unpacking the package…
Could not copy file. woocommerce/includes/class-wc-customer-download-log.php
Thank you.

Hey there,
Thanks for that additional information! It sounds like something is blocking the download or unpacking of the plugins on your site.
Can you manually download WooCommerce from here, then install it on your site via Plugins > Add New > Upload?
