You need to check “I accept the Privacy and Data Protection Policy” option if it’s required.

The only thing is that the functionality of acceptance as validation is usefull for users. Without it it’s not clear why they cannot send it.

Yes, I understand but that is the default of CF7. (disabled button) if user not checking acceptance field.
But I can fix it to have acceptance as validation without disabling the button, but this will be available on my next update.
