impossible to suscribe

    Since i installed the wp 5.7 core version, impossible to suscribe : after filling the form a message appears to susctiber :
    Something went wrong with your subscription. Please contact the website owner.
    but the data are written in the suscriber list as non confirmed, ant it is impossible to send again the confirmation mail (unknown error)
    same problem whatever sending method

    well,
    i tried to use mailpoet as a sending partner
    my email is authenticated in Mailpoet website.
    I receives the email to confirm, but there was again this message.

    is it necessary to add th dns stuff !

    it works if you authenticate your email address and add the DNS parameters

    Hi @effi,

    This error message “Something went wrong with your subscription. Please contact the website owner.” means that you’re sending method is not working.

    I see that it’s because your subscription is still pending approval.

    I approved it now and everything should be working as expected 🙂

    Hello @bruberries
    The problem is that it worked a few days and then did not work anymore without doing anything, and people could not suscribe
    How stable is it ? how to be warned if not working ?
