Impossible to update

Hello,
I am trying to update from 6.1.2 to 6.1.3 but it gives an error.
I ma on WordPress 5.1.1

In the plugins list there is the message: Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.

I tried to update clicking the “update” button inside the plugin settings, same issue.
I also tried to just upload the new version as if I was installing a new plugin, but it gives an error (I guess this is not viable way to update anything in WordPress, am I used to do it in Joomla)

Should I uninstall the old version completely and then reinstall the new one? Will it keep all of my settings and database data?
