Yes, that’s exactly what I was thinking.
So this does exactly that – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/last-user-ip/
I don’t know if it still works, and https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/user-login-log/ has a lot more options.

Ah, thanks for the info. Will you be considering adding this functionality?
I don’t plan to, since I prefer to keep plugins as small and simple as possible. If I did, it would be a separate plugin.
