Improve my site

    I am currently using WP 3.0.1 and ClassiPress Small Business Edition “3.0.4 for my website. I would like to transform this site into community site (removal of articles, rating articles, additions friends … + forum + possibility for users to create their blog. Is this possible and could you tell me with what plugins?
