This type of pagination can be achieved using the plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-pagenavi/ which is compatible with Testimonials Widget. Please read FAQ for pagination: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/testimonials-widget/faq/

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, unable to use that plugin.
The theme being used (Enfold) already has some great pagination built in, and using that plugin would wipe that out, plus it would not look as good.
Note sure if we can use something that is already in place?

I am sorry but the Testimonials Widget doesn’t have anything inbuilt for above type of pagination, rather compatible and makes it easy to be used with WP PageNavi. However, if your current theme allows customization, may be you can dig into the code and see if you can use theme’s pagination.
