Improving Search functionality

Hi team,

I was hoping to get your advice on a search issue we’re experiencing with one of the WordPress websites we manage, which uses the Flatsome theme and UX Builder.

The live search (while typing in the search bar – see screenshot 1) appears to work correctly. However, when clicking the search icon (magnifying glass), the search results page displays “No products were found” – even for products that appeared in the live search (see screenshot 2). From what I’ve tested, this seems to happen only with certain products.

Ideally, we’d like those products to also appear on the full search results page. Is there a setting within the theme or UX Builder that we should check or tweak to fix this? If not, do you have any recommendations for improving or overriding this behavior?
