    Hello ElementsKits Support,

    I’m currently experiencing a couple of issues with my mobile menu when utilizing your plugin on my site.

    Firstly, the submenu items are not responsive, in that they cannot be clicked when I access my site on mobile or tablet. I’ve tried finding an option to rectify this, but to no avail. Could you please guide me on how to enable clickability for these submenu items when viewed on mobile devices?

    E.g. I am talking about Features, Solutions items within the menu.

    Secondly, I’ve noticed an issue while scrolling with an open menu. When this occurs, the screen darkens and the functionality ceases. The menu stops working altogether. Could you also assist me in rectifying this issue?

    To provide a clear context, these problems are exclusively happening on the mobile version of the menu. The desktop version works perfectly fine.

    I appreciate your assistance in advance. Looking forward to your response to help me resolve these issues.

    All these issues are only on mobile menu.

    Additionally, when I visit any page within the features/solutions menu, the menu wrapper does not disappear and I cannot see the page at all.

    Hi @eduarddziak,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I have inspected the issue on your website and found it. It happen due to a CSS conflict. However, it is solvable. Please copy the CSS mentioned below and paste it to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section.

    @media (max-width: 1024px)
    { .elementskit-menu-overlay {
         left: -100% !important;

    }
    }

    If you have anymore issues, please share those with a video. We will check the issues and let you know the update as soon as possible.

    Amir

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your help, it solved the issue of scrolling and not being able to use the menu. However, I am still unable to click on Features or Solutions to visit the pages.

    Also there is a new issue with the mega menu. If you load the page, you’ll see the sizing of page will be off, for like a second.

    After some testing I figure out, it’s because the mega menu is in full-size setting

    However, I do not really want to change it to default or custom as it’s not as nice.

    Kindly is there any solution to that please?

    Cheers,

    Eduard

    Hello Ahmed,

    Thank you for your response. I am sorry I might did not provide proper explanation. This issue is only happening on mobile version.

    So, if you enter the website on a mobile or go to the mobile version of your menu, then the “features” and “solutions” are not clickable.

    Additionally, did you also look at the overflow issue?

    I am sorry for the late reply.

    Once again, thank you so much for your help!
