In multisite, can somesites be forced https and some http only

I have setup multisite. Most of the sites I want to force https. There is at least one site that can be http. All the research I have done seems to be an all forced or none forced, but some can have https option.

Is this possible?

Example:

https://www.nedhanks.com
and
http://www.nedhanks.org
