• Hello,

LOVE this plugin. Fairly new to wordpress so may be a dumb question, but a theme I am using appends a “#!” to the web address where my gform lives when I navigate there from the homepage, and this seems to deactivate the shortcode for legal, confirmation redirect, etc. The form itself works, but none of the shortcode suffixes work.

Any ideas how to handle this?

    Thank you

I suspect the #! syntax is causing some sort of template_redirect action which might be interfering but that is only a guess. There are a couple things that we can try:

    1. Can you fill out my Help and Support form so I can see the page where you’re having the problem?
    2. Have you tried turning on Debugging (you can find it on a tab on the Settings page)? Debugging generates a lot of data and sometimes makes the page look pretty ugly but it may show that a redirect is coming into play and is usually only enabled briefly.

I also have a beta version of WordPress Google Form up for testing which introduces a Custom Post Type for the Google Forms. I don’t think it will make a difference but it may worth a try.
