In new posts, text is commented out?

    double check all html commenting in your template;
    and/or possibly in the post content.

    p=10 seems to have correct commenting around the gallery (?) –
    while p=70 is opening a comment, but not closing it; therfore leading to complications with the commented sidebar (?)

    check the post content using the html setting of the post editor.

    Perfect, thanks so much – turns out there was an error in my commenting around a bit of php code I didn’t really understand!

    Thanks for helping, I would have never looked there!
