    I know this isn’t a theme problem (at least I can’t imagine it is), but I’m so frustrated and hoping someone can see what’s wrong here. Site is http://dev1.graybarbalaw.com/.

    On the five pages I have added an in-page horizontal menu. It works perfectly on the Attorney Profiles and Estate Planning pages, but on the next three pages, the link tag just does nothing! I’m am using EXACTLY the same code on each page, with the CSS in a single location (using a child theme). This makes NO SENSE to me so there must be a trace of errant code somewhere on those pages that’s interfering.

    ANY HELP would be very appreciated!

    Hi,

    You would need to use a h2 tag instead of the h3 tag, for the first heading of the page like this http://prnt.sc/didn14.
