In Post (Shortcodes) Displaying Issues

Hi,

I’m using the plugin to display a related post within the body of my posts using shortcodes. The problem I’m having is that in one post, the image is to the left with a big black dot, and the title of the article is to the right, pushing the paragraph down. I checked and rechecked and I’m using the same shortcodes with the same formatting, yet it’s displaying completely different. Can someone help me please?
