I already tried disabling background processing and the clear feed process.. disable/enable plugin, etc
I don’t have wordfence
but stuck on In processing queue for over a monthThanks

I think you’ve already entered a ticket in our support system? I replied on that ticket so I would suggest we use that ticket to give you support on this matter.
Please try the actions I mentioned in reply on your ticket and if they did not work please reply on that system because it has more options for us to support you better.
I will close this topic. Don’t hesitate to reopen it should you insist on using this system in stead of our ticket system.

FernandoIt was not an email I’ve send, but a reply through our ticket system. You had ticket #923. You did enter a support request through our support system here https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/ did you not?
But we can of course also use this system to help you with the issue. In my reply I requested you to take the following steps:
IMPORTANT NOTE: The following steps are in this specific order for a reason, so don’t skip a step not even if you’ve already done it in an earlier stage. Follow these steps until the issue is solved or you’ve reached step 10.
1) Make sure you have the latest version of our plugin installed
2) Open the Feed Manager -> Settings page and click the “Clear Feed Process” button. Then try regenerating your feed again
3) If that does not work, open the plugins page and deactivate and reactivate the plugin. Then try again
4) If that still does not work, open the Feed Manager -> Settings page and select the “Re-initiate plugin” button. You will need to reenter your license number after that. Then try again
5) If that does not solve the issue, open the Feed Manager -> Settings page again and select the “Disable background processing” option. Try regenerating the feed again
6) If step 5 also does not solve the issue, open the Feed Manager -> Settings page and de-select the “Disable background processing” option.
7) Open the Console Tab of your browser (see below on how to do that) and see if you get any error message there whilst generating the feed. If you see any error message there, make a screenshot and send that to me.
8) If you don’t see any error message on your Console Tab, look for any error log file in the ‘wp-content/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager’ folder and in the ‘wp-content’ folder or in the root folder of your webserver. If you find any error log file send that to me.
9) If you can’t find an error log file, try to put your wp-admin account in debug mode (see below on how to do that) and repeat steps 7 and 8.
10) Let me know if all steps above did not helpTo open the Browser Console Tab press, depending on your preferred browser: CNTRL+SHFT+J (for Chrome) CNTR+SHFT+K (for Firefox) or F12 (for Explorer). If you work on a Mac: (CMD+OPT+J for Chrome or CMD+OPT+K for Firefox).
To put your wp-admin account in debug mode, edit your wp-config.php file and change the lines “define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false);” and “define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, false); both to true. Or if you can’t find both lines, add them both just above the line “/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy bloggin. */”. Did not work up to step 7
I actually had already done these before by reading your other posts, but did it again in orderAnyway, the error log is below
