I have set up a few feeds in our website, but it seems that the feeds are not refreshing. It has been “In processing queue” for about a week. Could you please help me resolve this?

Could you please run through this procedure: https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/faq/#toggle-id-16 It is pretty comprehensive, but usually it starts working with the first three steps.
