Inaccurate data

    Hello,

    Hope you are well.

    Our team has noticed that in the last 3-4 days the top 10 dashboard is showing very low numbers which do not seem accurate when compared with Google Analytics numbers.

    Not sure why this has started happening. The traffic numbers on analytics appear to be fine and the hits are much higher than what top 10 is showing.

    I can see the tracking working properly on your site, so I have to say I am a bit confused as to why there was a change.

    Can you recall what you’ve changed on your site in the past few days? By any chance any blocking of bots, etc?

    I installed a cache plugin called Flying Press – it is pretty well known.

    Maybe I have to add something into exclusions list. Not sure what. I hope you enlighten me.

    Unfortunately, I don’t have FlyPress, but I do see you’re using the Fast Tracker, so one thing to check excluding:

    Either the full URL https://www.paradigmshift.com.pk/wp-content/plugins/top-10-fast-tracker-1/includes/fast-tracker.js.php or fast-tracker.js.php
