Inappropriate Warning messages

I keep getting:
“The Header and Footer plugin(s) might cause issues when used in conjunction with Yoast SEO.”
However, in Header and Footer plugin I use on the function to add code to the header section of each page, the opengraph functions are disabled.
Whilst this warning IS useful to avert plugin conflicts, it is becoming very irritating and I want to disable the warning in Yoast SEO as there is no conflict is the way I have it set up.
Any suggestions please, or is this a case of Yoast needing to address this in a more considerate manner.
