inbound now doesn't work

Have correctly implemented all Inbound Now plugins and configured to work with my Mail chimp email program. It doesn’t notify me when a new contact is made, doesn’t “see” the mailchimp fields I want to write to, only updates its own Leads plugin, and leaves previous contact’s data filled in in form. Total waste of 2 days futzing with this. Hope they fix it soon, cuz its a great idea, just doesn’t, actually, work.
