your mail app is grouping the mail by sending address and subject, so I suggest you try to make the subject dynamic (for example by inserting the name of the user)

in the setting of “email”
there is an option might be “use as HTML5 format”
Bewteen the mail contain(inbox) and the file(include file).
Make sure that option stay disable

@adityakoploh yes something like that! mails are aggregated by outlook because they have the same subject and are sent by the same email so you need to provide a different subject
