Include/Exclude fields not refreshing after saving

The ‘show for category’ and ‘hide category’ on my site is not refreshing. I keep trying to remove the filters we added, but every time I save and reload the same options remain. Are you able to advise how I’d go about fixing this?

I’ve tried uninstalling the plugin and removing the data but the issue is still happening.
