Include post format in single post url

    Hi guys.
    I`am currently looking for a way to include a post-format string into the single post URL. For example, if i have video post named ‘Video 1’, i want to change the url to thomething like example.url/video/video-1.
    Ive checked this thread http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/70627/include-post-format-in-permalink , but, unfortunately, im getting a 404 error on every page. Is there a way to do this?
