Include private posts?

    Very nice plugin! Any chance you will include printing private posts? A bit of a hassle to make every post public before printing.

    Oh nuts! I actually thought it was including private posts (it includes password-protected ones). Yeah lemme see how easy that would be to add…

    It was pretty easy. @skrekkugle would you mind verifying my fixed version works for you? You can download it here: https://github.com/mnelson4/printmyblog/archive/BUG/private-posts.zip, and deactivate and uninstall the existing version of Print My Blog, and upload this copy and activate it instead. When you’re logged in, it will include private posts (no need to change any settings or anything).

    Thanks if you can, and thanks for bringing this issue to my attention.
