    Hi @softfully,

Fixed Bug: Rating is not updated because of cache plugins [doesn’t work with Litespeed Cache]

It seems the issue is not related to the cache. Could you please open your WordPress database in Hosting cPanle > phpMyAdmin database manager and make sure you these to table exists:

      (prefix_) wc_users_voted
      (prefix_) wc_users_rated

    2020-05-30_1749

If the table exists, please click on the [structure] button of (prefix_) wc_users_voted table and check all these fields existence:

YES, I have as above images and the thing is if I click on Article Rating, I have to clear the cache and after that, I can see that you have voted 1 time.
That means after removing cache I can view who has voted.

So I mean to say how to bypass Litespeed cache on Article Rating?

    Hi @softfully,
Currently, we’re working hard to solve this issue. We’ll release the update once we found a solution. At the moment you can contact to hosting service and ask them how to dynamically update Litespeed cache on a page. They may provide some useful information.

    OR you can add option
Update “Article Rating” Every X seconds
This option sets the frequency of new “Article Rating” checking and updating every 30 seconds.

Today I have tested that “Article Rating” shows the total number of votes instantly if users logged in.
Otherwise if not login users I have to clear cache to see the right number of votes.
