Include role better than exclude role?

    Hello,
    I work on directory project, and any users will have many roles (subscriber, team A & Team B).
    I have a probleme when i make my first directory, i need only team A role, but if i exclude subscriber and team B, the users with team A and Subscriber will be hide be cause they have subscriber role.

    Can you help me? can you say me how inverted or dont make exclude if one role are include?
