Hi,
I think you’re in the wrong plugin forum – our plugin doesn’t include email as a two-factor method (as we don’t believe it’s real two factor, unless you have two separate email accounts; if you have only one email account, then you can reset your password through it, and get the auth code to it as well – so, there’s really only one thing needed there to login to WordPress (namely, access to the email account)).
Did you mean to go to this plugin’s form instead?

No, it’s the correct forum :), i just asking about your plugin from updraftplus.
Because you mention in your plugin description :
This plugin began life as a friendly fork and enhancement of Oscar Hane’s https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/two-factor-auth/
So i think you also use email for verification. Sorry my bad.
I need to use email because i use one email for many users. (There’s a plugin which can do that)
The problem is i don’t know which user who try to login to the website.
Hi,

When we forked the plugin a year ago, we removed the ’email’ feature entirely – see the 1.0 notes on the changelog.
