Include Variable Product but exclude variations

    Hello,
    We are trying to setup a Dsa product campaign and we face the following thing.
    For example. Lets say that we sell shoes that are variable products and have variations and to be more specific sizes (8,9,10 etc).
    The thing is that although we need to have the shoes in the csv we dont want a seperate line for each variation because we dont want to advertise each size seperately.
    We just need the url of the main product without the attributes.

    Ex.
    If we enable inc. variations we get the following:
    example.com/shoes/shoe-model/?attribute_pa_size=no-8
    example.com/shoes/shoe-model/?attribute_pa_size=no-8
    example.com/shoes/shoe-model/?attribute_pa_size=no-9

    If we disable inc. variations we get nothing.

    Is there a way to have just the main url?
    example.com/shoes/shoe-model/
