Including confirmation Checkbox

    Dear Ladies and Gentleman,

    the plugin is really great!
    But to use both sites from your tool, the data request site and the delete data site I need to include a checkbox that he has two confirm that his data gets saved.
    If not, the sites aren’t GDPR conform.

    Please tell me, how I can include this checkbox.

    update 1.4.6 with checkboxes is out.
    yes, name and email and confirmation that you can prove it. it’s kind of recursion but not the only problem in dsgvo law 🙂
