Including Javascript Libraries / JQuery Plugins?

Sorry, adding JQuery photo gallery plugins won’t work out of the box. JQuery plugins rely on existing HTML code (like a div element) and append content to it, but for this mobile web application, all the HTML code is rendered dynamically when the app is loaded.

Since the mobile web app is developed with Sencha Touch, a photo gallery can be added only by modifying the app. The dev repository is public, you can find it here if you want to take a look: https://github.com/appticles/wordpress-mobile-pack-app.
