incognito frontend doesnt render / CSS

Hey guys,

we experience a strange error on this page

When logged in site works and renders the frontend correctly.

When not logged in (incognito) it doesnt render, it seems CSS isnt loading correctly. I updated all plugins, deactivated wp rocket… still frontend incognito doesnt render.

Elementor Pro (latest version) + ocean WP

Any idea what could cause this error ? (I didnt change / update any plugins beforehand. suddenly this error occured)
